Arizona Western College is a public, two year college accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association. AWC was founded in 1964 – the first community college chartered in the State of Arizona. In its 44 years of continuous service to the community, AWC has provided Associate Degrees and Certificates to full and part time students in more than 90 areas of study.
