A collaborative effort between the British Council, Consolidated Contractors Ltd., The Arab Palestinian Investment Company, The Pears Foundation and Sir Trevor Chinn is working to provide postgraduate scholarships for Palestinian academics.

As we reported in January, Thomson Reuters are to collaborate with Times Higher Education to compile a unique database to assist in the ranking of universities worldwide.
