More than 200 University of Exeter alumni from South East Asia have celebrated the University’s recent successes at a series of events. Evening receptions for alumni have been held in Bangkok, Taipei and Kuala Lumpur over the last month.

Texas A&M University at Qatar received notification that the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET has conferred accreditation on all four of the university’s engineering programmes in Qatar.

Preliminary figures from the annual first destination survey of National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI Galway) 2008 Graduates’ Survey indicates that nearly 91% of the University’s graduates entered employment or further study on completion of their degree.
