A report on ABC News has revealed the Indian Minister for Human Resource Development, Shri Kapil Sibal’s, desire to see Australian university campuses set up in India. The plans, discussed during Australian Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s visit to India may signal the end of diplomatic tensions between the two countries, following a series of attacks on Indian students in Australia earlier this year.
