The Home Office in the UK is to carry out a review of student visas after the number of students coming to the UK rose by a third last year. Figures showed that the number of student visas granted rose by 75,000 to 300,000 in the twelve months prior to March 2010.
English language schools in the UK have won a court battle reversing a decision to make visa regulations for foreign students much tighter.
