Good news for Russian students looking to study overseas – the Russian government has revealed plans to encourage students to study abroad, by funding up to 10,000 students a year to study at the world’s leading universities.

A national survey by the Higher Education Strategy Associates has revealed that Canadian university students are more likely to have studied overseas than their US counterparts and over twenty-five percent said they are seriously considering studying abroad.
