As you guide your students on their path to studying overseas and becoming an international student, our six country guides and three subject specific guides will provide you with all the essential information. Our easy to use interactive, on-line magazines are emailed on a monthly basis to counselors, advisors and IB coordinators. The magazines will help you guide students and their parents through the decision to study overseas from the course and institution choice to the application process, student visa procedures and all issues surrounding living and studying overseas as an international student.
Each international student advisor guide focuses on an individual country and answers the questions a student may have about an overseas education, from studying in the UK for a university degree to obtaining an Australian Student Visa. The guides are comprised of a number of chapters, arranged either by geographical location or divided into education-focussed and lifestyle-focussed material to cover all aspects of living and studying overseas.
For each country there is a Study guide full of essential information that a student will need before embarking on their overseas education. Whether the student wants to know about the Irish application process, customs and immigration in the USA or student accommodation in Canada, the step-by-step guides will answer all of their questions and issues.
The sequential chapters contain a range of informative articles from academic associations, Government Ministers and leaders in the field of overseas study alongside detailed profiles of institutions. A wide range of universities, colleges and institutes of technology have the opportunity to appear in the magazine. Profiles include information about the location of the institution, campus facilities, courses on offer and details of English language programs and exchange programmes.
The chapters also include tourist information and advice on living overseas for an all round picture of living and studying abroad in the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand. The final chapter of each guide is 'Global Features and Counselor Resources' packed with articles and advice from advisors and overseas students around the globe.
